Glenda J. Phaby

February 12, 1948 – June 4, 2021

Preceded in death by husband, Fred Phaby; parents, Doris and Roy Osborn; son, William Phaby; grandson, Mark Chastain.  Survived by children: Edward (Christy), Mark (Shawn), Kimberly Myers (Darren), Shannon Chastain (Jeff), and Chad (Marcy Feik); grandchildren: Andrea, Caswell, Kathryn, Christian, Tessie, Aubrey, Neil, Luke, Joseph, Katelyn, Kara, Krista, Jeffrey, Meghan, Cadence, and Miranda; great-grandchildren: Ella, Alice, Everett, Lilly, Molly, William, and Wesson; sisters, Kay Knight (Robert) and Becky Smith (Richard).

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 8th from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel.  FUNERAL SERVICE: Wednesday, June 9th at 11am at Converge Church, 14515 Harvey Oaks Ave.  Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park.  Memorials will be directed by the family.
